You may not be aware of this, but I’ve started a new blog. It’s called Drowning in Multimedia. I’m going to be posting on there far more frequently than here. The new blog is dedicated to analysis of creative processes and analysing comics, videogames, books, TV shows and films. So, if you like posts such as my Far Cry 3 ones or my one about Final Draft and Android – head there.
This weekend I completed Far Cry 3 (and so this post will contain spoilers). The random game purchase I picked-up in February has given me more than 38 hours (according to Raptr data) of enjoyment with a mixture of frustration here and there. It’s funny how in the same 12 months that I got into using RSS on a regular basis that Google have announced an end to Google Reader on 1 July 2013. Back when the Olympics were on I had been desperate to get hold of something that could display news in a newspaper/newsy like way and had been steered towards Feedly, which pulls your RSS subscriptions from Google Reader.
